Approach

For the past six years, Meg Kapil has provided counselling support in her private practice to children and youth experiencing symptoms of anxiety. From this experience, she has developed an effective approach to address anxiety that incorporates current neuroscience, developmental information, and a combination of cognitive, emotional, and physiological regulation strategies. Meg has found that it is far more effective to include the whole family in addressing the anxiety symptoms and the child's overall regulation.
